Pop star Lizzo is facing a lawsuit filed by three of her former dancers, Arianna Davis, Crystal Williams, and Noelle Rodriguez

The legal action includes allegations of sexual harassment, religious harassment, racial harassment, discrimination, assault, and false imprisonment against Lizzo and her production company, Big Grrrl Big Touring (BGBT)

The dancers claim they were pressured into attending sex shows and interacting with other dancers between 2021 and 2023

Lizzo is accused of pressuring one of the dancers, Ms. Davis, to touch the breasts of another performer in a nightclub in Amsterdam, and she allegedly acquiesced out of fear of harming her future on the team

The singer, along with dance choreographer Tanisha Scott, is also accused of fat-shaming Ms. Davis on tour, raising concerns about her commitment to the dance cast due to weight gain

The lawsuit alleges that only the dance cast, consisting of full-figured women of color, was spoken to disrespectfully, leading the dancers to believe that the comments were racially and fat-phobic charged

Lizzo's dance team captain, Shirlene Quigley, is accused of pushing her Christian beliefs on performers and deriding those who engaged in premarital sex, openly discussing a former dancer's virginity and posting about it on social media

The plaintiffs also claim racial discrimination, stating that black members of the dance troupe were treated differently from others, accused of being lazy and unprofessional, while other dancers were not subjected to the same treatment
