Houston City Hall to illuminate 'Lavender Haze' for Taylor Swift all weekend

Taylor Swift is performing three sold-out concerts at NRG Stadium in Houston as part of her The Eras Tour.

The City of Houston announced that City Hall will be illuminated in a Lavender Haze starting at dusk for all three evenings of Swift's concerts.

Lavender Haze is a song written by Swift and is included in her tenth studio album Midnights (2022).

City Hall's illumination is in honor of Swift and her mother, Andrea Swift, who is a University of Houston alumna.

Houston officials extended an invitation to Swift's fans to ride the newly rebranded METRORail Red Line (Taylor's Version) to attend her concerts.

Two Houston radio stations also announced temporary name changes to welcome Swift to town.

Swift's fans lined up outside NRG for hours just to buy exclusive The Eras Tour merchandise.
